Aisha Tyler is an American stand-up comic writer, actress and author who has an estimated net worth of $4 million dollars. As host of "Talk Soup" (and "The Fifth Wheel") she earned wide fame. Since the early 2000s she has shifted back and back and forth between television and film work, appearing on shows like "Friends", "CSI: Miami", "Nip/Tuck", "24", "Boston Legal", and "XIII The Series".Aisha Taylor was born on 18 September 1970 in San Francisco, California. Her parents are James Tyler, a photographer, and Robin Gregory, a teacher. She lived for a year in Ethiopia before returning to the San Francisco area. When her parents divorced and her father took care of her. She was ten years of age when her parents split. She was a follower of Rockwell to an acting class one day which intrigued her and made her want to study improv and sketch comedy. Aisha was a graduate of Dartmouth College, with a degree in Environmental Policy. Following college, she started working at an advertising agency before leaving the corporate world to focus on a stand-up profession, touring the comedy circuit for a year before moving to Los Angeles in the mid nineties.
